CODING

Students in grades K-4 will finish off the year learning code. If you are not familiar with what code is, you can visit Code.org to check this out. The link is under my favorite links to the right.

IXL Math

IXL Math is a program purchases for each child in the school to enhance their understanding of math through technology. Once a week, your student practices IXL math at school for about 1/2 hour. IXL works in two ways, they will either be working to reinforce math concepts they are learning as part of their classroom lessons, or they will be practicing a particular math skill assigned by their teacher to reinforce a skill they have not yet mastered.

It is strongly encouraged that students sign in and work on the IXL math at home. They can do this by clicking on the IXL link below.
